Good process, I would recommend for others. It was average wait time in between. 3 step process. Overall good impression and would proceed again. Flex is a good company that offers good benefits and gives everyone an opportunity.

One phone interview and three in person interviews. Overall process was straightforward reviewing past work experience and current need of role. Interview communication was clear and consice. Recruiter helped prepare for interview and interviews felt more like a conversation.
