wanted to know management capability and expertise . also ask a lot of questions about technical experience related to the position . very keen on asking questions about management style interaction with people in different groups etc.

recruiter screening then three separate one person interviews on zoom, all were director or senior director level, no in person interview, no panel interview, no testing, follow up with recruiter, no second round
The interview process was good. There were a total of three rounds of interview. However i would say it took a very long time to complete the entire process. Since I'm from a niche department this may not.be applicable otherwise.

Entretien
firstly with Hiring manager, follow by session Head, last interview with key stakeholder. Interview via Zoom video , and all interviews scheduled and completed within 2 weeks.
HR follow up is promptly after each interview. Overall the process is clearly explained.
