I do not know whether HR'S were aware of whether they have positions open or not.
I had a telephonic round of interview and and after 2 weeks got scheduled for f2f. After completing both the rounds I didn't received any feedback from HR. So decided to drop an email to HR but no luck didn't received any feedback. But I wanted to check the reason so again dropped an email and this time got the response saying this position is on hold for now.
Just a suggestion to HR , If you are not willing to higher a candidate then please tell him clearly . I guess at the time of screening you gather all the details from candidate so first of all make sure whether you want to higher the candidate if he clears interview or not and then schedule interviews.
After completing the interview process you get to know the position is on hold , this is not acceptable.Please do not waste candidates time and your time too.
