They smile. Talk nicely and very polite. They look desperate. They will promise you moon and cloud.. But you get rubbish. Don't waste your time. The interview process was well-structured and informative. It consisted of multiple stages, including initial interviews and assessments, a meeting with the Head of Sales. Each stage provided a deeper insight into the company's culture and expectations, making it a valuable experience.

Very tedious. Involves three interviews which comes off as tad absurd given that the position offer USD 150 salary per month and is for a junior sales executive postion not a rocket scientist!
