It was extremely easy. They will give you a chance if you simply show up. They expect that most people that applied aren't going to show up. Ultimately, it is a numbers game. However, I must say that I went to the interview and I haven't regretted it. This company saved me and my family when I was between jobs.

Hiring process takes a while due to drug and background checks. My interview was a bit informal, just basic questions about myself and my hobbies. To be honest it was way too informal. I didnt understand some things so i had to go back later to get them explained again.
