The interview process with Fleet Feet has been extremely thorough. I think this is one of the reasons that Fleet Feet employees seem to be very knowledgeable, qualified, and helpful when you visit any of their locations. I am happy that Fleet Feet takes the time to make sure the people they hire meet their standards and believe in their vision and mission. Laid back interview, still waiting for a response back but was all personality questions and how you approach situations. It was low stakes and a much more casual interview than I was expecting.

Short and sweet. Usually with the manager and then the owner. Lasted about 30 minutes. They really wanted to know if you were able to be a normal human being and connect to the people shopping there.

Entretien
It was a 30 min general conversation about my background, interest in running, and why I'm interested in the position. I was not tested on shoe knowledge. I think showing interest in the sport and helping people are the most important aspects.
