Recruitment team sets up interviews with the team. They used online tool for you to input your availability. First interview is a phone call with a team member. They ask about your resume as well as other situational and behavioral questions.

If a client asks you to create a report we don't have, how would you answer the client? And have you been in a situation where a client is being difficult -- and how do you solve it?
Had a phone screening, waited two weeks to hear back from recruiter who then informed me that position has been filled. Communication wasn't the best, could have been alot better. Also should offer more transparency.
