I interviewed for about a month and a half. First i completed a written exercise with questions regarding customer service, an upset client, etc. about a week later, i was scheduled for a phone interview with the director of revenue cycle. After this call, i was scheduled for yet another phone screen with someone else. After this second call, i was scheduled for a zoom team interview which consisted of questions from 6 different people (most of which were not even on the revenue cycle team) which took about 3 hours of my time. After interviewing and giving so much of my time, i did not receive an offer and ultimately wasted my time.

How would you respond to a client who communicates that a patient was billed incorrectly?
Very lengthy process and included a series of interviews. It took months to get to the last rounds of interviews. The recruiter was very communicative and prompt throughout the whole process.
