Unprofessional process. I applied, two weeks later I received an email about setting up an initial phone interview with the recruiter. I confirmed the day and time multiple times leading up to it. When the interview came, I sat in front of the screen for 15 minutes - no word of cancellation. Stayed on for another 10, still no word. I followed up that weekend as to times I am available for a rescheduled interview, no response. The following week - still no answer about the interview no show. I finally did get an email from the company, it was an automated rejection email!
