It was pretty straightforward in standard and almost like a conversation. The main question was tell me about your stuff. and then it was telling me about your strengths and weaknesses.

2 Interviews. One phone screening and one with the manager. I was asked basic excel questions and then I had a relaxing interview with the manager about the responsabilities, start date, etc.

Very straightforward and conversational. They were looking for somewone that was excited about the role and was interested in the home builder banking industry. I really liked everyone I spoke to.
