I was interviewed by two people. They were very nice and it was a laid back interview. The interview questions are almost all situational based. They also asked why I was looking to change jobs and why I wanted to work there.

phone interview , ask questions about my skills, what made me decide to apply at their company, expected pay scale. What hours would I be available to work. How soon would I be able to start if hired. Have I ever banked at Flagstar and if so what features did I like most. If I had not banked there did I know anyone who did or anyone who worked there.
