it began with an application form which is multiple questions. then the next stage is an online competency test. then it was a video interview, then assessment centre with various exercises

Complete an online application form, then complete an online critical reasoning exercise. If progress to the next stage, then asked to complete an online attention to detail test and then invited to take part in an interview.
