An opaque process from start to finish. I met with both managers and was not told that I was being hired for a specific project and no detail after receiving the offer.

One of their recruiters reached out to me and we had a great conversation. She seemed excited to set up an interview with the design team and told me they would get back to me by the end of the week. Flash forward to over a week later, still no call, so I followed up. She apologized for the delay, said they were having trouble pinning down a time but that I should hear back by the next week at the latest. That was 2 months ago. Needless to say I decided not to waste anymore time. It doesn't reflect well on the company that they clearly don't respect the time of potential employees.
