Entretien
There were a total of 2 rounds of interviews. One was telephonic and the other was face-to-face virtually. HR takes the telephonic interview and the face-to-face interview is by the Manager.

The HR asked to give an introduction about the candidate and in the 2nd round, we were given case studies about the customer issues and how we would approach the case to resolve it.
