This interview consisted of 3 rounds- recruiter, team, then manager interviews. The process was super smooth and they were very timely in updating me after each interview about the status candidacy. All my interviews were very casual, more like conversations then them providing question after question.

Did a Zoom screening where it went great and I enjoyed talking with the recruiter. However, at the end of the interview, she said she would move me forward. Then, she ghosted me. I don’t mind not getting an offer but don’t verbally say you’ll move a candidate forward if you’re not going to. It just creates a bad impression on Five9.
