After contracting with the organization, I was approached by the Global Marketing Director about coming on-board full-time. I had lunch with an outside consultant who works with the company and casually answered questions regarding my experience and aspirations. The conversation was open and honest about what I was looking for. I later met with the organization's CEO who is humble, authentic, and genuinely values his associates. After having a great conversation with him, I felt that I could fit in well with the company. The final step of the interview process was a phone call with the HR Director, which ended with a job offer.
