Entretien
1. Call with HR -- few behavioral questions (i.e. why trading, why Five Rings) and 10 technical questions, 30 seconds each. Similar in nature to math competitions; solid estimates seem to be sufficient in most cases since 30 seconds is a pretty short amount of time. 2. Technical interviews with traders -- generally starts with a very basic question (i.e. probability of rolling a sum of 7 on two die) and builds upon itself with follow-ups of a similar flavor.
multiple rounds with probability, statistics, expected value, estimations. lots of quick thinking and some market making principles involved. brush up on main topics in those fields and make sure youre at full condition

Entretien
HR is all over the place and relatively unfriendly. Interviewers varied in demeanor but one of my interviewers forgot to say hi before jumping into the interview. Questions were an okay level of difficulty and interviewers gave hints easily.

Got CV screened. Did the OA. Extremely hard, hosted on hacker rank. Questions are about estimation. Questions must be submitted manually, very poor test design. One minute per question. ~20 in total
