Manager was polite and was mostly focused on if I would be up for working various shifts rather than a regular schedule of just evenings and weekends since he was trying to get more day staff. I was in school at the time and was hoping for a more regular schedule due to my classes and wasn't able to be what he was looking for.
Easy, it was a nice way to start out and get a feel of what to expect on the job. I met with the general manager and store manager and got a sense of what it would be like on the job.

they asked me questions and i answered all of them to the best of my abilities. five guys is a good place with good french fries and burgers. thank you five guys

they ask you a few questions from a pre printed hand book and record your answers scoring them and if you score high enough your hired, it was pretty straight forward. they try get you prepared for the music levels and the atmosphere you will be working in
