First was a telephone screening with the Recruitment team and then a teams interview with the HRBP’s The entire process was extremely long. It took two weeks for anyone to give me feedback following my second interview after I was informed I would get an update after 1 week. I felt like I was ghosted and was very disillusioned and upset by this. I chased up for feedback twice to then just be sent a generic thanks but no thanks email. This was not the standard I was expecting especially since the HRBP’s explained that Five Guys was very family orientated and valued their employees. I feel very let down by the lack of courtesy and communicating. I have my time on two separate occasions to be interviewed and this treatment was extremely poor. I think I definitely dodged a bullet if this is how you are treated at interview stage.
