It was soomth and easy. I applied through Indeed and was called for an interview. It took around 15 minutes and I was asked simple questions about my experience and customer service oriented questions.

Application and assessment and then interview in a hotel and they give group activities also to you candidates..large number of candidates the call but selected only few so that there is hard competition
Expectations were made clear. Good conversation. I felt like the person actually was focused on talking to me as opposed to just checking boxes. Overall an enjoyable and clear experience.
