I applied online for the position of crew member for new branch opening on canary wharf.I submitted my cv and a short 10 minutes multiple choice question online.After nearly 2 weeks I got an email to book an interview slot.My interview was in startford because canary wharf still wasnt open yet.It was 2 hours.It involves working with partners to find about them and any interesting facts about them and then we did a a trail where we were assesmbling burgers as a team and we were competing with other teams to see who can make burgers quickly,how many and to see if it what the pretend customer ordered.It was fun and there was a presentation as well about five guys and all the managers introduced themselves and told us all about five guys.Advice that i can give you is to be confident,make sure you interact with your team members and be enthuastic about five guys and make sure you do your research.Then there was a short interview with the managers and they asked personal questions.I got a call the next day saying i have been offered a crew member positon.I am excited and cant wait to start.I am shy person but i overcame all that and made sure I was confident and happy to be there.I also dont have any resturant experience and still got the job
