Went over resume, non sense question and convening me of leaving my job, the interview was with a general manager for another store and the district manager. I applied for a general manager position but they offered an assistant manager position promising that they will promote me within a month and it didnt happen.

Good interview lasted 45 minutes just a bunch of questions about who you are and how well you think you will do. They want to get to know you as much as possible so be prepared for lots of questions

Entretien
Interview was a 3 step progress. Interviewed one, on the on phone, then had an in-person interview with the district operator, had an interview with the franchisee and the district operator. Organized and straightforward. Professional and direct.
Lots of questions asked about customer service in hospitality industry. Your work experiences, expectations, salary base, how long, your background, how well do you work with a team, how long have worked, are you a team player, training expectations
