Hiring manager conducted the interview. Asked about previous retail experience, availability, and whether I could commit to the entire length of the seasonal period. Hired on the spot and was given a shirt, but later declined the offer after receiving a better offer elsewhere.

Very quick and easy, the manager was really easy to talk to and sweet, she wasn't rude or rushed me on anything and made me feel comfortable, the interview wasn't long it took about 3 minutes.
