Initially had a 30 min interview through on campus recruiting with HR. Basic behavioral questions like "tell me a time when.." Told me they'd get back to me within a couple weeks. Then, waited 2 months and I kept emailing them for updates on the process. Finally they let me know that they want me to do phone interviews with a couple of senior managers. However, they kept having to cancel due to their schedules. Eventually I was just offered the job without the phone interviews.

Pretty much all behavioral. I was in the middle of exam season so they accommodated me with a skype interview. Have a good idea bout basic credit ratings, high yield vs. investment grade and general market trends. Only thing is I didn't hear back for 3+ weeks, I had assumed I didn't get the job. One hard question was "tell me something about you not on your resume."

I applied through my school. Then I was sent a skills test. Following that I had a phone interview with HR and then an on site interview with people from different groups/levels in the company. I also had a short presentation which they gave me 30 min to prep for on a research report.

It's really about your initiative, your interest in finance, your willingness to learn, and how excited you are. They don't expect you to know all about bonds and loans, just show a genuine interest in finance and the markets, show that you're someone they'd like to work with, and you'll be fine.
