Usually negotiations are not preferred and the Co feels whatever is offered is appropriate. The acceptance of the offer is followed by medical tests and background screening.

It's a remote interview, the interviewer did not turn on her video. The process tool around 30 minutes. Questions were just average. Introduce yourself, your projects, your experience, just normal questions.
