I did two thirty minute phone interviews with different women from HR. Then they offered to fly me out for another round of more specific interviews. The interviews were very relaxed, and personal. Not very challenging. Just be sure to know a bit about the company as well as your own resume.

First initial phone call with recruiter followed by a 30 min phone call with same recruiter, followed by three same day 45 min interviews with different accounting managers. Very easy and casual interviews.

It was a very standard behavioral interview. The associate just throw at me a list of questions one by one right after I answered the question. There was not much back and forth conversation.

Entretien
I applied online and then had a few phone call interviews with different recruiters before being flown out to FI in the Portland area. There I met with 4 different hiring managers for the finance department in succession. Upon returning home I was requested my release for a back ground check. 3 weeks later a VP of the finance division called me and after that talk I was offered a position.
