5 step process. Candidate is supposed to be internationally certified before hand. (e.g. Microsoft certification)
1. Aptitude test- It was a machine round. Difficulty level was Medium. Had topics like- aptitude, general Maths, English and computers.
2. Group discussion. - Group discussion between 8-10 people. Only 2 are selected.
3. Technical interview I - Medium to high level difficult. Depends on the core skillset of the JD.
4. Technical interview II - High level difficulty interview. Taken by more senior person. Could ask coding.
5. Managerial round. General discussion could lead to technical discussion.
