The first stage was usually an initial screening call where basic questions were asked about my experience, availability, and motivation for applying. This was fairly relaxed and focused on confirming eligibility for the role. The main interview involved competency-based questions, such as handling difficult customers, working under pressure, and meeting targets.

I had one online interview, it was very easy, asked me couple of competency questions and offered me the job soon. I don’t know the process now but they always used to hire many candidates

Group interview, then solo. Felt out of place at first but the company wanted to be upfront and maybe "weed out" people who weren't interested in the lower pay and work load. The solo interview was a series of questions that were about my past experience and how I would handle an irate customer.
