I submitted my resume and they contacted me back. I met in person with Jessica from the Training Team and then I went through the training process (3 weeks of training including overlaps, then a field evaluation and a written exam to become an instructor)

Phone interview, hour long zoom interview. They invited me to tour their office, and said they’d have an answer towards application the next day. They made me wait till the end of the week all to get an email saying I wasn’t selected by the employer. Almost lost another job offer because of this.
