my interview was a very easy process. I Worked with a recruiter and was able to meet manager and controller on the same day. The interviews were fairly quick and straight to the point.

I received a call from the recruiter who conducted a phone interview with the general interview questions. Once that was done she scheduled an interview. Didn't tell who it was with or anything. When I received an email confirming the interview I noticed that it was a panel interview with 2 assistant controllers and 2 regional controllers. The in person interview was probably one of the most uncomfortable I have ever been on. Out of the four controllers, only two asked questions, one had no interest in what I had to say, and one didn't smile or say anything reassuring throughout the interview.
