Thirty minute phone screen with HR to go over key skills and basic company offerings followed by a more in depth one hour two person panel interview with hiring manager and adjacent team manager

Mostly behavioral questions. “Explain a time when…” very repetitive and there was a specific way you had to answer the questions and you’d get points based on the structure of the answer

Entretien
The interview is pretty in-depth and specific. Uses the STAR method, and asks questions related to their core values. I had only waited a week or two between the three rounds of interviews. The hiring process was another month or so. I was then offered a lower range than my initial told amount, with no explanation offered as to why.
