Fairly informal - I had one phone screen and then an in person interview by committee with 3 stakeholders. They were very organized and friendly. As this was a more entry level position they were seeking some relevant (solar) experience, general aptitude, and testing personality fit / desire to grow into a career at FS.

Entretien
Initial phone screening, Phone interview. HR contact was friendly and professional. Interviewer was calculating but fair. Overall process was pretty standard and uneventful. Ultimately, was not an ideal opportunity and position was offered to someone else.
