I applied online and the following day someone contacted me to set up a phone interview (fast process because they were actively looking. It doesn't always go this quick.) One phone interview, with the manager and senior technician - they want to have a feel for you via phone. Go over your resume with the Manager and want to know why are you looking for a new position. The Senior tech asked the technical questions - easy questions if you do know your stuff. If they like you, an onsite interview is set.
Onsite Tech - panel interview (5 ppl in total) 2 managers + 3 senior techs
The managers will ask you general questions, i.e. how do you deal with irate customers. How do you deal with stress? Also, they will go over your Resume.
The senior techs will ask all the tech questions. NO wrong answer, they just want to know your troubleshooting thought process. Not difficult questions if you know your stuff. And if you don't know it, just be honest.
