I applied 2/19/12 after receiving the lead through my school's career services job listings. Phone call on 2/22 for that interview, R2 (on-site) on 4/13 (panel), followed by the offer on 4/17. (for a summer internship) R1 phone 2/22 was the standard behavioral interview (e.g. tell me about yourself, where do you see yourself in five years, describe a time when...) R2 on-site 4/13 was more technical although, as I was still a student, most questions revolved around coursework. Similar process for the follow-on internship Summer 2013.
