Sent a cover letter and resume to email provider and received an immediate response within 24 hours requesting an teleconference interview. A couple days later they wanted to have a face-to-face interview at a local coffee shop. I never received a response from the interviewers regarding the position being filled or second interview. Interviewers knew little outside of their narrow scope of work.
