Easy, they give a job to anyone. Just show up have a pulse and they will offer you the job. They make it seem like its selective but when I worked there they literally told me to wait a day to call people because we didn't want it to seem like we were hiring everyone.

It was your typical Allegiance Inc interview, just in a different location. The company was expanding, and basically had me expand with them. Lots of traveling, self-promotion. There were pros and cons.
