As a floating teller, you would be required to float between all of our branches. Visiting our main office as well as the office you would be based out of is part of the floating teller interview process to make sure that you are aware of the driving distance/traffic between offices. We have an extensive hiring process to ensure we find a good fit for you in our company, as well as giving you some time to make sure you feel that we are a good fit for you. If we are interested in a candidate, we do ask for their own resume as they are typically much more put together and presentable than Indeed’s version, giving you a better first impression with the hiring manager. Once we have informed a candidate that they were not selected, we do not engage in further correspondence as we typically are dealing with hundreds of resumes for each position.
