I applied online and received a call a few days later to set up an interview. The interview was a panel interview in which all the interviewers asked me questions. All of the interviewers were very knowledgeable about the company and the job they were looking to fill. However, the down side is that weeks have gone by and no one has said a word. Once you get to an in person interview, the company should at least follow up and send an acknowledgement and let you know their decision. It does not take this long to send rejection notices as I am certain that at this point they have already chosen someone. The interview itself was pleasant, but the fact that no one has followed up is off putting. I am big on etiquette and decency and if a company cannot display courtesy, then it says alot about who they are.
