There is a pre-screening questionnaire if you make it through the initial selection process. After the questionnaire, they schedule a "group interview" with the Branch Manager, an MSR(Member Services Representative) and another MSR from another branch usually. They ask you pretty standard questions, mostly geared towards determining if you'll fit in their "member service" culture.
