You had to have a resume submitted, take a personality exam online and fill out and application online. Then meet with a regional manager. She was really nice.

How long I had been in the industry, what my experience on software had been, what kind of financial reporting I had done.
Easy, but the background check took 3 weeks to come back and then I had to do my drug test twice because the form got lost. I've never had that kind of issue before getting hired.
