It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked why I would be a good fit for the role. They asked about my financial background as well. They ended up hiring me and I stayed there for about a year.

Very friendly and easy. It was a behavioral interview. First they called me for a quick chat on the phone, followed by an in person interview for 30 mins. They explained the role and pay. And went over my goals, strengths, and background.

Brief phone call with recruiter
In person interview with Branch Manager.
I was told I would be notified either way and I was not. I interviewed at 2 different branches for same position and I feel like I was ghosted.
Total disrespect for my time!
One manager told me that "we don't keep dead weight people around long" when I questioned her about branch sales and referral goals.
