I Interviewed with the software architect. He asked the standard questions and talked about what they do. He had me white board some psuedocode. After writing the code on the board, we discussed the code.

Mostly on real time scenarios which we face in day to day activities and he is not listening to candidates answers other than his own logic implementations. He is not properly go through the candidates technical stack and not properly asking questions as well.
