The BPO interview process usually includes resume screening, HR round, communication test, aptitude test, manager round, background verification, and training. Interviewers check communication, customer handling, confidence, flexibility, and basic computer skills.

It was very simple. Just talked about myself and my experience. I didn't even wear a shirt. Just a t-shirt with graphics on it and jeans. At that point they were starting to grow and hiring a huge load of people.
