1st stage a video call and 2nd stage was face to face in the actual Kit Kemp hotel shop. When asked about previous staff experiences/ways of working they gave vague answers. Also untrustworthy job description, it was advertised as "assistant" however expect Supervisor duties. Lack of follow up after the final stage.
