Cons:
Misleading Salary Information: The initial salary discussion was significantly different from the final offer. Despite agreeing on a specific salary during early stages, the final offer was lower, gross instead of net, and not aligned with initial promises.
Unprofessional Communication: The HR representatives, especially the external recruiters, were disorganized, with conflicting information shared by different individuals. One HR representative even became rude and questioned my qualifications when I pointed out inconsistencies.
Unethical Practices: The final offer included a B2B contract, which is legally questionable in Serbia, placing all the risk on the employee. The offer was marked "confidential," with a warning not to share it with the company itself—an unusual and unprofessional request.
Wasted Time: The process involved multiple interviews and a two-day technical assignment over a weekend, yet there was no follow-through or respect for the candidate's time.
Harassment Post-Rejection: After I declined the offer, one recruiter continued to contact me via LinkedIn, questioning my qualifications and refusing to respect my request to cease communication.
