A recruiter sent me a message on LinkedIn. I had a pre screen interview by phone, but in my case the questions were related to to position I was trying to apply for. After that, they asked me to come for a face to face interview. As stated by other people, I have been asked two or three day before the interview took place, but I came there. I had the interview for almost 2 hours with three different people. The final interview with an offer arrived few days ago from the support manager.
