A short introduction call with the HR, afterwards two thorough technical interviews with the manager and R&D director, and finally an interview with the CTO. All meetings were handled with a good and professional atmosphere.

Overall a smooth recruitment experience, got delayed a bit during the holydays but that's natural. A sum of five interviews, Initial recruitment specialist -> Team Leader -> VP RND -> CTO -> HR, pretty standard, all of them felt welcoming and the challenges presented during the interviews felt fair and relevant to the position.
