The interview process was extremely unprofessional. I spent more than half the time listening to the store manager talk about her personal family and negative feedback that she had about her current employees.
The interview was very straight forward and pleasant. It was about 15 minutes long and the manager asked questions regarding my sales and customer service experience. I was also asked about how many hours a week would I be able to work.

Just a behavioral interview. Straight forward interview about how I would deal with customers, how I would sell shoes, and how I would work in a team setting—no follow-up interview, Overall, it was very easy and straight-forward.
