The process consists in 4 steps: 1. HR screening 2. 10 days take-home test 3. Pair programming 4. Technical interview Screening took around 15 minutes, with common questions and some minor communication difficulties - which were quickly overcome when done in another way. I was told it would be passed on to the hiring manager and they would get in touch with the feedback - whether I passed it or not. Guess what? Sadly ghosting!
