I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week from when the HR called me to when I got an offer. The people are nice and helpful, but the process is tough.
Call from HR was about previous work and what I do there. HR scheduled an interview date and time.
First was a quick chat with one developer, then a machine test, then a tech round with a manager, and then an HR round.

Contacted by HR at first. She asked basic questions about my work, and she set up a technical interview at the office in Kochi. Interview with Senior technical person and then asked to write code on a machine. The process is comfortable and people are nice t o you.
